I’m a bit behind with updates and I can finally catch up. The last two weeks were seriously rough for triathlon training. First was the food poisoning and then the India trip, where I packed workout clothes but forgot my shoes. Doh! I managed a few workouts but nothing much.
Luckily I’m back on the wagon and got in a speed workout tonight before the thunderstorms. This week’s update will be a vast improvement!
