1. What is your all time favorite movie?

My all-time favorite is a no-brainer.  Top Gun.  There are a lot of other movies I love but this one holds a special place in my heart.  Singin’ in the Rain is at the top of the list too.

2. Who is your favorite actor and actress?

That’s a tough one.  There are too many good ones.  Historically I have always liked Tom Cruise and John Cusack.  Lately I’ve really liked Matt Bomer and Chris Pine though.  As for actresses I love the Hepburns, Audrey and Katherine.  Both so classic and awesome in totally different ways.

3. What is the first movie you ever saw at the cinema?

I don’t know.  I think my first Disney movie was Bambi, but I don’t know if that was in the theater.  I remember a story about how my parents took me to Star Wars: Empire Strikes Back in the theaters and I cried the whole time.  I have no idea if that is true.

4. Did you watch The Oscars last night?

I watched parts of it.

5. How many of the Best Picture nominations did you watch and which did you enjoy the most?

I haven’t seen any of them!  Hopefully I do.  I used to keep up on seeing movies and lately, not so much.

6. What did you think of Ellen hosting The Oscars?

I didn’t watch enough to really have a comment but I do think Ellen is funny in general.  I did enjoy her coming out dressed as Glinda the Good Witch.

7. If you had the chance to play a part in any movie, what would it be?

Umm, no clue.  I’d probably choose a movie musical part but then I’d have to be able to sing better too.

8. Is there a movie you have watched that was so bad that you have either walked out of the cinema or turned it off?

My friends and I watched The Five Year Engagement and almost turned it off.  It was not good.

9. What do you think of 3D and IMAX movies? Are they worth the extra money?

3D movies give me a headache and I don’t care for them at all.  IMAX can be fun though.  It just depends on the movie.

10. What was the last movie you saw at the cinema?

It might have been Frozen over Thanksgiving weekend.

What’s your favorite movie?

I did this on my blog also. I had difficulty picking one movie but finally went with Notting Hill. In fact, I might pull out the DVD and watch it tonight….
