Monday Motivation: Think Big, Start Small

So here’s the thing.

I have big goals.  Big dreams.  BIG.  Travel, athletic events, life in general.

I bet you do too.  Am I right?  Yeah?  I thought so :)

They can’t happen overnight.  Changes take time.  Consistency.  Discipline.  Planning.

Little steps lead to big things.

Small changes lead to big changes.

Two steps forward and one step back is still moving in the right direction.

It’s hard to remember this.

You know what is even harder?

Being happy with any progress no matter how small.

But you should be!

The little things matter.  They can motivate you to keep going rather than reverting to old habits.

Keep going.  You WILL get there.
