This week’s training started off really well and then went downhill. I wasn’t feeling well over the weekend, which is why my long run didn’t happen. In general it seems like I can consistently (being sick aside) fit in 3 runs and 2 strength sessions. The 4th run and 3rd strength session don’t seem to happen and that needs to change. I think I need to plan my week better.
I’m still not feeling great today but I hope to fit in a run later today and not let traveling for Thanksgiving throw me off track!
